Any person who provides false information to bypass our age verification may have their order cancelled and their account permanently suspended.

2. Products and Availability

All products listed on xvapeph.com are intended for adult consumers aged 18 and above only. Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer or per order.

  • Products are sold exclusively within the Philippines.
  • All products carry the required Philippine Standard mark and Import Commodity Clearance sticker as mandated by DTI.
  • Product images are for reference only. Actual color and finish may vary slightly due to screen settings.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via GCash, Maya, Visa, Mastercard, and Cash on Delivery. Prices may be updated without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing or COD confirmation.

4. Orders and Cancellations

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it enters our fulfillment process. You may request a cancellation within one hour of placing an order by contacting us through our contact page. After this window, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been handed to our courier partner.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for the following reasons:

  • Failed age verification or suspected underage buyer.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
  • Payment failure or suspected fraudulent transaction.
  • Products that become unavailable after the order is placed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all regions of the Philippines. Estimated delivery times and shipping fees are detailed on our Shipping Information page. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Delivery personnel are required to verify the recipient age at the point of delivery. If the recipient cannot prove they are at least 18 years old, the delivery will be returned and no refund will be issued for the shipping fee.

6. Product Disclaimer

These products are not intended as a smoking cessation tool and have not been evaluated as a medical device or therapeutic product.
