New to xvapeph.com? Follow the steps below to place your first order. The process takes just a few minutes once your account is verified.

Step 1: Confirm Your Age

When you visit xvapeph.com for the first time, you will see an age verification screen. Enter your date of birth to confirm that you are at least 18 years old. This is required by Republic Act No. 11900 before you can browse or purchase any product on this website.

Step 2: Create Your Account

Click the account icon at the top of the page and select Create Account. You will need to provide:

Your full name.
A valid email address.
Your mobile number.
Your date of birth.
A photo of a valid Philippine government-issued ID, such as your PhilSys Card, UMID, Passport, or Driver License.

Your ID is required under DTI Department Administrative Order No. 25-04 to verify that you are of legal age. Your information is protected under our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

Step 3: Browse and Choose Your Product

Once your account is active, you can browse the full XVape lineup. Not sure where to start? Use the collections below to find what suits you:

Disposable Series — X-Ultra, X-Slimbar, and X-Aero. Ready to use straight out of the box, no charging required.
Pod System Series — X-Neo and X-Nexus. Rechargeable devices for everyday use with refillable pods.
Premium Series — X-Qirin and X-Alibarbar. High-performance devices with elevated design.
Special Edition — X-Forge, X-Uturf, and X-U Cool. Limited designs for vapers who want to stand out.

Step 4: Add to Cart

Select your preferred variant, such as color or flavor if applicable, then click Add to Cart. You can continue browsing and add more items before proceeding to checkout. Click the cart icon at the top of the page to review your items at any time.

Step 5: Proceed to Checkout

When you are ready, click Checkout from your cart page. You will be asked to confirm or enter your delivery address. Make sure your address is complete and accurate, including your barangay, city or municipality, province, and a mobile number the courier can reach you on.

Step 6: Choose Your Payment Method

Select how you would like to pay. We accept the following:

GCash — You will be redirected to complete payment through your GCash app or linked number.
Maya — Complete payment securely through your Maya account.
Visa or Mastercard — Enter your card details at checkout. All card payments are processed by PayMongo.
Cash on Delivery — Pay in cash when your order arrives. A PHP 50 handling fee applies. Please prepare the exact amount.

Step 7: Confirm Your Order

Review your order summary one final time, including items, delivery address, and payment method. Click Place Order to confirm. You will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS shortly after. Keep your order number for reference.

Step 8: Receive Your Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your parcel on the courier website. When your order arrives, please have a valid government-issued ID ready. Our courier partners are required by DTI regulations to verify that the recipient is at least 18 years old before handing over the parcel.
