Age and Eligibility
Who can purchase from XVape Philippines?
Only adults aged 18 years and above may purchase from xvapeph.com, in accordance with Republic Act No. 11900. You will be asked to confirm your age when you first visit the site and to provide a government-issued ID during account registration.
Why do I need to submit an ID?
DTI Department Administrative Order No. 25-04 requires all online sellers of vapor products to verify the age of buyers through government-issued identification before any purchase is completed. This is a legal requirement and not optional.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our products at Shop All, select the item and variant you want, add it to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment. You must have a registered account with verified ID before checkout is available.
Can I order by phone or Messenger?
All orders must be placed through xvapeph.com. However, you are welcome to message us on Facebook Messenger if you need help choosing a product or completing your order.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You may request a cancellation within one hour of placing your order. After that, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed. Please contact us immediately through our contact page if you need to cancel.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept GCash, Maya, Visa, Mastercard, and Cash on Delivery. All online payments are processed securely through PayMongo.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available for Metro Manila and most major cities nationwide. A PHP 50 handling fee applies. Please prepare exact change as riders may not carry cash.
Is it safe to pay online on xvapeph.com?
Yes. All online payments are handled by PayMongo, a DTI and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas-compliant payment gateway. XVape Philippines does not store your card or e-wallet credentials.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Metro Manila orders typically arrive within 1 to 2 business days. Provincial orders take 2 to 7 business days depending on your region. See our Shipping Information page for full details.
Do you ship outside Metro Manila?
Yes. We ship to all regions of the Philippines through J and T Express and LBC.
Will the rider check my ID at delivery?
Yes. As required by DTI regulations, our courier partners are instructed to verify the recipient age at the point of delivery. Please have a valid government-issued ID ready when receiving your order.
Products
Are XVape products certified and legal to sell in the Philippines?
Yes. All XVape products sold on xvapeph.com carry the Philippine Standard mark and Import Commodity Clearance sticker as required by DTI and Republic Act No. 11900.

Returns and Refunds
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing your case. See our full Returns and Refund Policy for details.
Can I return a disposable product I have already opened?
No. Opened disposable products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
