Shipping policy

XVape Philippines ships to all regions of the Philippines using trusted local courier partners. All orders are processed and dispatched from Metro Manila. Please review the information below before placing your order.


Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 noon on a business day are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been picked up by the courier.


Delivery Areas and Estimated Timelines

  • Metro Manila: 1 to 2 business days via J and T Express or Lalamove.
  • Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 2 to 4 business days via J and T Express or LBC.
  • Visayas: 3 to 5 business days via J and T Express or LBC.
  • Mindanao: 4 to 7 business days via J and T Express or LBC.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier volume, remote barangay locations, or public holidays. XVape Philippines is not liable for delays caused by courier operations.


Shipping Rates

  • Metro Manila: Free shipping on orders of PHP 800 and above. PHP 100 flat rate on orders below PHP 800.
  • Luzon (outside Metro Manila): PHP 150 flat rate.
  • Visayas and Mindanao: PHP 200 flat rate.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.


Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for Metro Manila and most major cities in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. A COD handling fee of PHP 50 applies to all COD orders. Please prepare the exact amount in cash as our riders may not carry change. COD orders that are refused at delivery without valid reason may result in account restrictions.


Age Verification at Delivery

As required by DTI Department Administrative Order No. 25-04 and Republic Act No. 11900, our courier partners are instructed to verify the age of the recipient at the point of delivery. The recipient must present a valid Philippine government-issued ID showing they are at least 18 years old. If the recipient cannot present valid ID or is found to be under 18, the parcel will be returned and the order will not be refunded.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your parcel directly on the courier website. For J and T Express, visit jtexpress.ph. For LBC, visit lbcexpress.com. If your tracking number is not yet showing results, please wait up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking status shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please contact us within 48 hours through our contact page. We will coordinate with the courier on your behalf. Claims submitted after 48 hours of the marked delivery date may not be eligible for investigation.
